As much as we wish to provide the arrangements you see, fresh materials are seasonal.
Where necessary, our florist will use the very best seasonal flowers available to create stunning products.
Due to mother nature, colors may have slight differences as well.
Hence, it might be necessary to substitute flowers and foliage depending on availability. This also applies to our snacks bouquets collection. -
We are able to take orders from overseas but only to deliver within Singapore. However, K. Flower does have connections overseas. Do let us know which country you wish to deliver to and we will assist within our means.

To ensure our quality of flowers, all designs are made to order.
As such for walk-ins, please only do so if you are able to accept that we may not have what you are looking for instore. -
Yes, we can customize the wrapper, the flowers, even the ribbon to a certain colour or type that you require.

Cancellation of orders made online
Please inform us 3 working days prior to your delivery date for Singapore delivery.
Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
Any refund on the orders will be processed and completed approximately 2 - 3 working weeks.
Hence, it will not be reflected immediately on your up-coming bank statement. -
